Application letters
⌊Click to download⌋ the template and prepare your request letter according to instructions mentioned on it. Please do not submit letters directly to the Office of Head of the Department or to other administrative offices before getting them duely forwarded through me. Submit only neately typed or printed copies of letters. Do not submit handwritten or folded or crumbled papers for official letters. Letters would not be signed if these instructions are not followed.

Consultation
Seek an appointment by sending an email to debdoot@ee.iitkgp.ernet.in and mentioning Appointment Request: [your roll no.] on the subject line of your email. Mention your name at the end of your email.

ERP digital signature
Please wait for 24 hours from the time you have filled up a request on ERP that requires FacAd approval. During emergency, please send me an email on debdoot@ee.iitkgp.ernet.in and mentioning ERP Request: [your roll no.] on the subject line of your email. Mention your name at the end of your email.

FacAd on leave or out of station
Please request the EE Office staff to assist you and direct you to the referring faculty member for the help you would have sought from me in case I am out of station or on leave.
