The fractal_download.tar.gz contains the C++ code implementation of fractal compression and decompression techniques developed at IIT, Kharagpur during 1997-2001. The complete source code is provided as it is. Please read the README.pdf document kept under the home folder for compiling and execution of these codes.
These codes are provided in this web-site with the hope that they would be useful for the researchers working in the area of compression of images and videos. They may be freely used and modified for research and academic purposes with appropriate referencing and acknowledgment.
