D. Chatterjee joined IIT Kharagpur in 2008.


Brief Biography and Professional Activities


Dheeman Chatterjee completed his undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering from Bengal Engineering College (Deemed University) Shibpur,in 1996. He did his post-graduate and doctoral studies in the area of Power System at Bengal Engineering College (Deemed University) Shibpur and IIT Kanpur, respectively. He was in the faculty of Electrical Engineering, Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad during May-December 2007. Subsequently, he joined Electrical Engineering, IIT Kharagpur in January 2008. As a member of Power and Energy Systems research group, currently, he is attached to Power System Dynamics working Group.

Dr. Chatterjee is a member of IEEE, USA since 2004 and is also a member of IEEE Power and Energy Society.
