  •     Development of University of Tokyo Community Model ( UTCM)

  •     Developed Ocean - Atmosphere interface for UTCM

  •     Incorporate newly developed  convection scheme based on gross moist stratification into the UTCM code

  •     Involved in the incorporation of new cloud scheme into the UTCM code

  •     Worked on a project related to human , nature and environment funded by the Ministry of Education ,  Japan 

  •     Its main purpose was to make the Saudi Arabian Semi-desert region oasis

  • Worked on Florida State University Global and Regional Spectral Models over the North American Monsoon and Asian Summer Monsoon regions.

  • Worked on High Resolution Numerical Weather Prediction over the Indian Subcontinent using Florida State University Global and Regional Spectral Models

  • Implemented Regional Spectral Model into the Florida State University Coupled Atmospheric and Ocean model for seasonal forecasts over the North American Monsoon as well Asian Summer Monsoon regions.

  • Worked on real time seasonal super ensemble precipitation forecasts over the North American Monsoon Region using Gaussian - Jordan , Singular Value Decompositions Empirical Orthogonal Function and Artificial Neural   Network Techniques.

  • Started Seasonal climatic forecasts using ensemble and super ensemble methodology.

  • Involved in the Indian Summer Monsoon Super ensemble initiative , generating datasets for all summer months since 1987 using Florida State University Regional Coupled Model

  •  Developed three-dimensional Ocean General Circulation Model in Stretched coordinate from Scratch first time in India.

  • Model Validation and lots of thought  experiments were done to improve the deficiency of the model core .

  • Using AMIP data sets realistic experiments were done which shows the model capability to simulate the E1-Nina type events.

  • Some experiments were done to understand the impact of stretched coordinate.
